imageready CS + flash MX is TOO GOOD!
Now i can export entire layers into swf format and drop them right into flahs, without having to crop out white space.
this is a major breakthough, in a way i’m GALD my computer got screwed up or i would not have installed photo CS.
Now, all i gotta do is reload swishmax and i’m all good.
My computer died today, and i’ve spent all day trying to bring it back.
Like i’ve said a million ktimes, the more problems i solve, the more complicated they seem to get.
So far, so good, i need to reinstall the video drivers next.
The holiday season has been busy. I’ve been spun around in a bunch of different directions (much like everyone else) and I have not done a whole lot.
Dinner @ Spains was fun, 10 people there and the food was really good.
Went to the rock gym in lincon with leah and bronwyn, also a good time. I hope to go again on sunday, should the holliday madness permit.
I think tonight is the ninjutsu x-mas party, gotta double check that. I wanna goto that and then go out for drinks with the B&N crew.
should be a fun day.

tonight was fun! Becky wasn’t kidding when she said that her and Kate a riot when they work togather, i’m sure cafe is the loudest department in the entire store. I met the new guy tonight too, Alex. Turns out him and I have a lot in common, in fact he is in the web design business too! Also worked with Kate for the first time, she a lot of fun to be around. Like i said, the becky/kate combo makes the night go by FAST, plus all 4 of us seem to have click tonight. I’m looking foward to workin with that crew again in the future.

From an art perspective, we hit the nail right on the head.
from a business perspective, the numbers are not adding up yet. They were all stressed out when i dropped a number between 5-6 hundred. I hope it was a lack of communication on my part, because in my mind, i’m cutting them a good deal. I plan on writing up a price guide for them the next time we meet.

I told myself i wouldn’t even touch the project for any less than $500 in my pocket, and now we’re lookin at less. However, i think they have it in their head that I was asking this monthly or something…. i hope so anyway. We’ll talk to them again after monday, cause they got a photo shoot.
I don’t like being the guy who has to talk about numbers, but lets face it… it has to be done. I gotta pratice it, so right now mike is playing the part of the brain and i’m the business guy. I use to not care so much about the money and let it wait until the end, but i’ve experience that method backfiring one to many times to work that way. I like to make it clear what we’re asking up front.
We’ll see wassup, they say that got a nice studio… i would be willing to trade for studio time perhapse.

Yesterday I passed the last of 6 math classes in math 1430. That means I have all the credits I need to graduate!
Last night went to a party with bronwyn @ her friend jon’s house. It was wild, lots of random dancing and beer pong. I had a good time.
The end of the evening was dramatic, but in the end, it seems to have gone for the best.
web design is poppin off, between me, mike and brian we have 3 more sites lined up after syko recordz… which ive not talked about on here at all.

Fearon, runs a record lable. A fun fact about Fearon is that he is an ex-NFL player for the vikings. His new talent, 
Phokus is the highlight of his record lable. The hype is that Fearon sent a demo of Phokus’s shit to Def Jam, and def jam reps are suped up, and are thinking about signing phokus.
There is a meeting tommrow about closing this deal, and we’re going to throw the finishing touchs on the website prototype tonight. We’re casting a shadow on defjam.com and rocafella.com with this one.

1 more test to go… stats, and i graduate after a 4 year stay at CCRI! I’m accepted to URI pendin graduation from CCRI, so i’m off to there after a 4 year detour.
I knew I would get there eventually, one way or another. Persistance, persistance, persistance…
Oh, and Brian came over this morning and we had a flash session. Dude is fucking great with actionscrpit and he’s building componets now. Finished his first one today acutally.
